Blog Post (DUE before class next Thursday 10/31)
- Read/watch the University of Washington’s “Creating Accessible Videos” and write a post (minimum 500 words) in which you reflect on the process of making content accessible. If you were to make your own multimodal projects accessible, how would that add to the labor of creating your project? Make connections to your own experiences and any other pertinent texts. Worth 2 points.
AND/OR
- Optional Mini-Project (DUE before class next Thursday 10/31)
- Attend the Podcast Workshop sponsored by the Library and University Housing next Tuesday 10/29 in SDRP 2005 (aka Ikenberry Commons) from 6:30pm to 8pm. Using knowledge from the workshop, produce a short (approximately 30 seconds) audio file that summarizes one of the points you learned from the workshop. Upload to the appropriate folder on Drive. Worth 5 points.
